Offers an 18 month program to individuals and families who have recently experienced a reduction or loss of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits due to wage increases. The program is intended to support stability needed to maintain employment. The Benefit Bridge program offers incentives, job retention and advancement, job and education coaching, peer monitoring, financial literacy, training certifications and community referrals for social services, legal, and mental health services.
