Offers an in-person 6-hour public training for professionals from all sectors, with the goal of helping individuals better understand the framework of poverty. Explains obstacles experienced by individuals in generational poverty and how to best eliminate those obstacles without compromising services and standards to professionals interested in changing poverty in Summit County and providing beneficial services.

Collects and analyzes human services data captured at the neighborhood level in Cleveland, for each city and suburb in Cuyahoga County, and for other areas in the 16-county region. Results are made available to individuals and agencies for planning purposes, and are distributed via the website and, in some cases, in printed publications. Special research projects may be undertaken by request.
