The 35,000 volume collection includes books, professional journals, social work abstracts, agency files, periodicals and a variety of media materials. Although it is primarily for use by the University community, it is open to the larger social work community and other interested community members who may get a limited borrower's card.

In cases where there are no existing community resources that can help with the client's particular issue, the Collaborative may provide financial assistance including (but not limited to): housing (rent payment/rental deposit), utilities (gas, electric, water, bulk fuel), transportation (gas cards, car repair), etc.

They help the patient streamline the process by connecting information for all stakeholders who are trying to impact the healthcare experience in the community.

Collects and analyzes human services data captured at the neighborhood level in Cleveland, for each city and suburb in Cuyahoga County, and for other areas in the 16-county region. Results are made available to individuals and agencies for planning purposes, and are distributed via the website and, in some cases, in printed publications.
