If necessary the agency can do discrimination testing to confirm discrimination allegations. Can also make referrals to outside agencies for legal and other related services. Also conducts educational workshops for landlords, rental agents, real estate agents, and others as to what constitutes discrimination in housing. And how they can best comply with the law.
