Provides legal advice and representation to children and youth in a variety of proceedings, including matters related to the child welfare system, justice system, and/or education system. Also provides information and assistance to children, families, social service providers, and attorneys concerning the rights of children and youth.

Coordinating services; Case/Care Management for Children's Issues,Case/Care Management Referrals, Children's Rights Groups, Issue Advocacy for Families and Children, Planning/Coordinating and Advisory Groups for Children's Issues, Planning/Coordinating and Advisory Groups for Youth Issues through legislation advocating for children with multiple needs and their families. Children and Family First Council offers a variety of different programs for families including the Help Me Grow Program which serves families with children pre-natal through age 3 with home visits and assistance with developmental delays.

Advocates for child and family issues throughout the state. Offers a newsletter that addresses various family and children's issues. Provides trainings throughout the year for administrators, professional staff, child case workers and foster parents.
