Provides Child Welfare and Adult Protective Services training for professionals and caregivers (foster, adoption, kinship).

Offers a lecturers and presentations to schools, churches, daycares, civic organizations and other community groups. Topics include: detection and reporting of child abuse and neglect, as well as foster care, adoptions, and general agency operations.

Sends out printed information about child protective services, and makes available management staff to give presentations to schools, community groups and professional organizations about all aspects of child protective services.
