Provides 12 units of 1-bedroom public housing to individuals who are currently homeless including homeless individuals with mental illness. Onsite services include service coordination in partnership with Community Support Services (CSS).

Identifies and attempts to introduce individuals who are homeless and experiencing mental illness or substance use disorders into the social services/ behavioral healthcare service delivery system. Services include case management and referrals to other supportive services. The Homeless Outreach Center offers showers, laundry facilities, and a telephone for homeless individuals to use.

Case/Care Management
Offers housing and services for mentally ill men and women who are homeless. Case management is provided to specifically link tenants to mainstream programs that will meet their needs, which include health care, mental health treatment, income maintenance and job training. Skill building classes are available to help tenants improve their abilities to maintain their housing and quality of life.
