Based on your assessment and your needs, our team will recommend a treatment plan that typically includes a combination of talk therapy, holistic therapies, peer-to-peer support groups, and medication management. Dual Diagnosis for Co-Occurring Disorders Sometimes people with mental health issues are also struggling with substance abuse. Together, we’ll develop a treatment plan that addresses your needs and all of your symptoms. Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Your treatment plan may include our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), which meets three to five days a week for a minimum of nine hours per week.
