Provides legal representation for eligible people charged with violations of the criminal code, felony offenses and some misdemeanors. Will also offer some general information about legal issues and the court process.

Serves adjudicated and Non-adjudicated youth. Provides theraputically specific services to youth who are demonstrating sexually inappropriate, abusive, or offending behaviors.

Offers current inmates sessions in managing stress, anger, and aggression. Treatment includes sex offender, therapeutic programs, and substance abuse programs.

Provides a Court Appointed Public Attorney to defendants who cannot afford to hire legal counsel on their own.

All youth are served but moderate to high risk youth will receive two group sessions per week, an in-home community based worker and possibly individual counseling.

Provides community based juvenile sex offender treatment for youth with sexual behavior problems. Program provides intensive case management and supervision, as well as individual and family therapy. Program is for juveniles who are entering or staying in the community. Through treatment, clients learn to: accept responsibility for their actions, manage negative feelings, develop positive relationships, control negative impulses, develop empathy for victims, and identify support networks. P.R.O.T.E.C.T. program name stands for: Prevent Reoccurance Team with Enhanced Case Management & Treatment.

Provides a court appointed attorney to defendants when they are determined to be indigent.

Serves Juvenile sexual offenders adjudicated and non-adjudicated ages 12-18 with group and individual therapy and in-home services.

Provides an educational program about alcohol use and abuse for first-time offenders of an alcohol-related violation.

Services offered to families and the community on the issues of sexual victimization and/or sexual offending. Primary modes of treatment are family and group therapy. Group services are provided to victims, youth offenders and parents.

Provides drug testing for clients of several courts, drug treatment facilities, approved county agencies, and certified halfway houses.

Offers comprehensive treatment for children, adolescents, and families who have experienced sexual abuse either through victimization or through sexually aggressive/offending behaviors. Provides a diverse array of services for boys and girls, ages 5-18 years, their families and referring agencies.

Provides theft prevention education for youth that are first time offenders.

Provides information and guidance to the formerly incarcerated on starting their own business.

Provides a Court Appointed Public Attorney to defendants who cannot afford to hire legal counsel on their own.

Offers educational, cognitive and behavioral structured group counseling services for ex-offenders.

Files direct appeals and post-conviction motions to Ohio's Eighth District Court of Appeals (Cuyahoga County), the Ohio Supreme Court, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Will also offer some general information about legal issues and the court process.

Provides a service for individuals to locate a detainee who is currently in ICE custody or who has been in U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s custody for more than 48 hours.

Provides outpatient treatment support services for the Cleveland Drug Court docket. First-time felony level offenders who are arrested for possession or drug abuse (but not selling) can plead guilty to a misdemeanor. But in doing so, they agree to enter this program. Upon successful completion of the program, their criminal record will be expunged.

Provides workshops to educate non-violent offenders about the seriousness and consequences of carrying a weapon.

Offers full day and partial hospitalization options for the treatment of sexually reactive youth who have had little or no prior treatment. Adjudicated and non-adjudicated youth are accepted. Services include individual, family and recreational therapy, transportation to and from the program location, comprehensive diagnostic and risk assessment, psychological and psychiatric evaluations and after care and community follow-up.

Provides inmate telephone service in prisons. Inmates may make telephone calls ONLY to those individuals on the inmate's approved telephone calling list who have agreed to accept the inmate's calls while incarcerated. Inmate telephone calls may be paid for through one of the following three options: 1.) The inmate places a collect call that the receiver pays 2.) The receiver prepays for the collect call at a discounted rate and 3.) The inmate prepays for the collect calls that he/she makes. Also offers a means by which individuals may restrict calls from all Ohio prisons or from a specific inmate.

Provides a Court Appointed Public Attorney to defendants who cannot afford to hire legal counsel on their own.

Provides substance abuse assessment and management services for alcohol and drug-involved offenders as an alternative or supplement to existing criminal justice sanctions. Offers supportive services such as case management, urinalysis testing, intensive outpatient drug abuse treatment, ongoing recovery services, and court advocacy. Monitors the offenders progress and makes reports to the court.
