Choice Pantry: Provides a 3–5 day supply of food up to twice per month. The pantry also offers additional support, including pet food, diapers, and baby food. The Hilliard Food Pantry hosts a variety of educational and creative classes, such as nutrition education, parenting workshops, and art programs. A small library with books for children and adults is available to promote literacy and learning. During the holiday season, the pantry provides special holiday assistance. Provides legal representation for eligible people charged with violations of the criminal code, felony offenses and some misdemeanors. Will also offer some general information about legal issues and the court process.

Offers educational, cognitive and behavioral structured group counseling services for ex-offenders.

Provides outpatient treatment support services for the Cleveland Drug Court docket. First-time felony level offenders who are arrested for possession or drug abuse (but not selling) can plead guilty to a misdemeanor. But in doing so, they agree to enter this program. Upon successful completion of the program, their criminal record will be expunged.

Provides individual counseling for people who have problems with anger and violence toward their families. Uses discussion, role play, handouts and videos to offer instruction and guidance in identifying and changing patterns of abusive behavior.

Provides therapeutically specific services to youth who are demonstrating sexually inappropriate, abusive or offending behaviors. Youth are taught to identify, alter and reshape self-destructive patterns of thoughts and behaviors. Services include group therapy, individual and family counseling and community-based management services. All youth are served but moderate to high risk youth will receive two group sessions per week, an in-home community based worker and possibly individual counseling.

Provides formal supervision for those awaiting trial or on community control (probation) as ordered by the court. Supervises probationers and monitors compliance to the conditions of their probation as well as providing other services such as referrals for social services. Provides specialized probation services for those needing intensive supervision such as those with mental illness, developmental disabilities, and sex offenders. Places offenders into drug treatment when needed. Provides case management for those in drug treatment and acts as a liaison between the court, client, and treatment facility. Also supervises persons in the work release and home detention programs.

Through treatment, clients learn to: accept responsibility for their actions, manage negative feelings, develop positive relationships, control negative impulses, develop empathy for victims, and identify support networks. P.R.O.T.E.C.T. program name stands for: Prevent Reoccurance Team with Enhanced Case Management & Treatment.

Provides information and guidance to the formerly incarcerated on starting their own business.

Provides inmate telephone service in prisons. Inmates may make telephone calls ONLY to those individuals on the inmate's approved telephone calling list who have agreed to accept the inmate's calls while incarcerated. Inmate telephone calls may be paid for through one of the following three options: 1.) The inmate places a collect call that the receiver pays 2.) The receiver prepays for the collect call at a discounted rate and 3.) The inmate prepays for the collect calls that he/she makes. Also offers a means by which individuals may restrict calls from all Ohio prisons or from a specific inmate.

Provides intensive case management for those on parole or post-release control who have a severe mental illness. Offers the services of social workers, psychiatric nurses, a psychiatrist, and a parole officer. Maintains frequent interaction with client and monitors their medications, basic needs, and housing and employment situations, and helps them find needed treatment and services.

Provides a court appointed attorney to defendants when they are determined to be indigent.

Serves Juvenile sexual offenders adjudicated and non-adjudicated ages 12-18 with group and individual therapy and in-home services.
