Offers a free 18-week job training program for older adults interested in working in the financial industry or legal field. Participants will receive career-related training, employment assistance, and temporary job placements. Participants may also enroll in college courses through the program.

Offers an in-person 6-hour public training for professionals from all sectors, with the goal of helping individuals better understand the framework of poverty. Explains obstacles experienced by individuals in generational poverty and how to best eliminate those obstacles without compromising services and standards to professionals interested in changing poverty in Summit County and providing beneficial services.

Provides conflict resolution and mediation training to individuals, community organizations, schools and businesses. Training workshops range from 4-40 hours. Professional continuing education credits are available. Customized trainings are available upon request. A 3.5 hour Eviction Prevention Workshop for Professionals is available for helping professionals to learn how to help tenants avoid eviction.
