Project based learning incorporating a leadership focus and lectures that are designed to build emotional intelligence and a reflective awareness of social contexts. Interns develop three primary competencies: gift giving and receiving, communication, and meta-cognition through integrated leadership curriculum. The training prepares individuals with the behaviors, values and attitudes that will enable them to be more effective in serving their communities, clients and emloyers. Prepares interns to excel in technology careers and effect change as community leaders. Teaches both hard and soft skills.
Provides free technology education, training, and job placement services. A variety of courses and certifications are offered. Some trainings are online only. Includes career counseling and connections to employment along with a variety of supportive services.

Offering an intense, hands-on program focused on software product development and accommodates startups in any industry developing a software solution. Startups will work with advisors and Bounce network professionals to build a software product and start iterating with early customers. Each company will exit the program with a solid pitch deck and financial model, and gain exposure to the essentials of business model design, startup growth management, go-to-market strategy, and fundraising.
