Some funds may be available for residents to help with relocation to permanent, appropriate housing. Help may include funds for security deposits, moving assistance, storage, and other help related to relocation.

Clients will be paired with a trained case manager who will help develop a personalized case plan to foster independence. Participants will learn skills such as financial planning, job readiness, study skills, time management, goal-setting, problem-solving and critical thinking. Clients may access case management services even if they are not using the housing portion of this program.

Residents share in chores, must attend 3 12-step meetings per week (for substance abusers) or a mandatory weekly meeting for counseling (for ex-offenders), and are generally supervised by a house manager. Typical stay is 6 months-1 year. Twelve apartment suites are also available for those who are ready for a more independent living situation.
