Aging out of Foster Care Transitional Housing Program for girls ages 18 years old-24 years old. A program developed to assist girls with achieving key milestones ensuring successful launch into life. Assistance with getting GED, enrolling in college, job placement and life skills.

Following the evidence based model, Transition to Independence, Transitional Age Youth (TAY) works to prepare and support participants in planning for their future in areas such as: * Employment and career * Educational opportunities * Living situation * Personal effectiveness and well-being
