TRI’s HAY program serves AT – RISK youth from 7 years old – 18 years old. This program is developed for those students who have anger issues, low confidence and self-esteem, or other emotional challenges.

Provides high quality visual and performing art experiences to youth and families across Clark County, OH. Through intentional and relevant arts programming. Project Jericho works to strengthen families and affirm positive youth development.

Evaluates psychological and neuropsychological disorders, with goal of relieving emotional distress and functional difficulties through psychotherapy. Assists with the following disorders: * Mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorders * Anxiety or prior trauma induced disorders * Restlessness and sleep disorders * Eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, overeating) * Impulse-control and drug-use/abuse disorders * Personality disorders * Therapists are certified in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics.

Provides evaluation of individuals to determine the nature and extent of his/her abuse, misuse, and/or addiction to alcohol and/or other drugs. Provide a standardized screening and assessment to determine appropriate levels of care. Case management may be provided to assist and support individuals in gaining access to needed medical, social, educational and other services essential to meeting basic human needs. Provides counseling to help youth achieve substance use and alcohol treatment objectives. In all cases, the child's family will be included in the assessment, case management, and counseling process.

Assist youth ages ten and under who have been referred to court for allegedly being unruly or having committed serious felony offenses. This program provides services ranging from counseling, anger management, specialized diagnostic assessments, neglect issues, sex offenses and use of illicit substances. In addition the program offers the necessary services to the youth and their family to address and identify these concerns. Youth without charges can also be served by the 10 & Under program. Youth as young as six can be handled through the 10 & Under program. 10 & Under referrals can be made at anytime the center is open 24/7. For scheduled screenings with the Care Coordination Team can be made for Tuesdays and Wednesday 9:30 am to 3:30 pm.

Provides treatment services for severely emotionally disturbed youth. Services include: children's community support services (case management), partial hospitalization, outreach therapy services, treatment foster care, and intensive outpatient individual, family, and group counseling for youth and adolescents.

Provides evidence-based activities and education on drug, alcohol and substance abuse, prevention and recovery. In group or classroom sessions, participants will: - Learn effective methods to avoid and abstain from drugs, alcohol and other harmful behaviors - Increase communication and bonding with parents - Learn how to keep the lines of communication open with parents during stressful situations - Develop a healthy self-image and self-esteem - Learn positive social skills for home, school and in the community - Parents will learn how to set limits and administer appropriate consequences - Discover the relationship between responsibility and independence - Youth learn to identify their skills and personal strengths - Youth learn to make positive friends and productively manage time - Identify other community services available for resolving family and personal issues.

Provides safe and confidential crisis intervention and support for runaway and homeless youth and their families via phone, chat, email, text, and bulletin board. Referrals to local resources, conference calling with a parent upon youth's request, conflict mediation, and information hotline are provided.
