Offers a program to assist in building self-confidence and self awareness in an effort to resolve past trauma, avoid substance abuse and end cycles of poverty. Program includes sessions on resolving conflict before it escalates, managing money and building credit, time management, goal-setting, effective communication, critical thinking skills for problem solving, and avoiding premature fatherhood. Program may include participation in a golf program.
Provides a 5-week group series and sacred space for African-American adults. Works to help individuals return to themselves while coping with the impact of ongoing racial trauma.

Program is based on Africentric mentoring and rites of passage. Simba matches African American male youths with African American men from the community to act as role models and give friendship, support, and guidance to the young men. Mentors are assigned for a minimum of six months.

Provides specialized home-based prenatal services to African American mothers and their families with the goal of reducing infant mortality. Licensed community health workers are assigned to enrolled pregnant women to provide 1 or 2 in-home, monthly face-to-face visits that will continue until the child is 2 years old.

Offers community-based meetings and discussions for underrepresented minority populations in Lorain County. These meetings will address these groups' unique challenges in accessing mental health services and provide valuable information and resources to overcome these barriers. Focus on psychoeducation, group discussions, and hands-on activities to increase knowledge, reduce stigma, and improve access to mental health and substance abuse services.
Provides a parenting class for fathers. Provides help to fathers to become more responsible, committed, and engaged in their children's lives. Program includes help for new or about-to-be fathers, parent support groups, and parent counseling.
