Provides palliative pain and symptom management, care, and emotional support for persons with a life-limiting illness (life-threatening or terminally ill) and their families. Provides supportive services such as bereavement counseling, social work, art and music therapy, and spiritual care. Respite care is provided for client's families.

Provide assistance through General Fund Grant which provides up to $5,000 and is available for any non-profit organization that provides services for children with chronic or terminal illnesses; Family Assistance Fund which provides up to $2,500 financial assistance for approved applications of families with a sick child; DreamCatchers for Kids which enhances the lives of children with life-threatening medical conditions by creating experiences that bring them joy and hope.
