Will also provide installation of water conservation devices including low-flow showerheads, toilet dams and faucet aerators. Services provided through contracted agencies. Service provided depends on the assessment of the property. Not a rehab program (home must not be vacant and utilities must be on).

Offers bus and rapid transit services providing downtown trolleys service, rail service, and Park-N-Ride lots. Regular and discount bus passes and farecards are available. Daily Pass, 7-day, and monthly passes are available. 5- ride also available. Provides free rides on election day.
