Assists with connection to family supports such as respite, camps, social activities, coaching, parent education, advocacy and assistance for paying the cost of these services. Transition planning provided between home to residential placement and back to the home and community. This includes determining the goals of placement, reviewing progress made and supports needed to bring the youth home and assure a stable environment. Structure includes a Service Coordination Steering Committee that reviews cases, approves use of funding, and monitors outcomes.

Services include; development business consulting, business plan development, business consulting and business financing for low income. Completion of the workshop and an approved business plan, individuals are eligible to apply for microloans of $500 to $5,000.

This agency does not provide direct services. Service coordination is available to assist social service agencies in working together to provide quality holistic services to children and families.

Offers complementary services for nonprofits that are designed to help strengthen governance and management. Provides management assistance in areas such as strategic planning, human resources development, management information systems, finance, marketing, fund raising, executive development, volunteer management and insurance assessment. Trains, resources, and serves adults who work with adolescents in Catholic parishes. Includes consultation, assessment of parish resources and priorities, and presentation of conferences on relevant subjects. All work is done in light of the Catholic church's mission.

Serves as an organized framework to promote, maintain and facilitate community collaboration of multi-system services to children and families in Trumbull County. Works to help people in their 20's and 30's become better immersed in the life of the Catholic church and in this way become connected to others who share similar values. Participants are assisted in reconnecting to a parish. They also experience liturgies and share social activities. Staff works to help participants become aware of the social justice teachings of the church which encourage them to volunteer in the community. Ministry activities include retreats, and an annual conference. Works to help parishes become young adult-friendly.
