Transition planning provided between home to residential placement and back to the home and community. This includes determining the goals of placement, reviewing progress made and supports needed to bring the youth home and assure a stable environment. Structure includes a Service Coordination Steering Committee that reviews cases, approves use of funding, and monitors outcomes.

Trains, resources, and serves adults who work with adolescents in Catholic parishes. Includes consultation, assessment of parish resources and priorities, and presentation of conferences on relevant subjects. All work is done in light of the Catholic church's mission.

Provides experienced executives who guide clients who are planning strategies, developing business plans, marketing and identifying appropriate financial resources for business and non-profit organizations. Organization does not lend money or provide legal service. Member professionals also present public seminars on business.

Works to help people in their 20's and 30's become better immersed in the life of the Catholic church and in this way become connected to others who share similar values. Participants are assisted in reconnecting to a parish. They also experience liturgies and share social activities. Staff works to help participants become aware of the social justice teachings of the church which encourage them to volunteer in the community. Ministry activities include retreats, and an annual conference. Works to help parishes become young adult-friendly.
