Provides training and assistance to residents in starting and running community groups to ensure safety and communication on important neighborhood issues.
Works with area block clubs that have come together around safety, housing, schools, and other issues that affect residents. Provides training and technical assistance with organizing skills where requested.
Provides assistance with coordinating community and street club meetings. Service includes providing a volleyball and net and barricades to close down streets for neighborhood block parties. Also works to resolve disputes (such as noise complaints) between neighbors.

Includes the history and current status of Cleveland's neighborhoods and the types of planning and skills individuals need to serve the community, their families, and themselves. Agency also community members with phone assistance on any topic related to community organizing.
Coordinates 10 neighborhood associations in the Lima City area. Works with residents, churches, educators, businesses and organizations to bring the community together to address concerns and issues that affect their neighborhoods.

Promotes the rights of workers by educating the broader community about workplace abuses, helping workers improve employment standards, and supporting workers' rights to organize. Offers educational programs, speakers, and printed materials about workers' issues, such as workers' rights and free trade. Offers workers the opportunity to report abuse and violations of wage theft and other worker issues that may be system wide. Does not provide direct services for individuals, but does offer membership for persons interested in supporting workers rights.

The Miami County Continuum of Care promotes collaboration among social service providers and community stake holders working to improve the lives of individuals and families.

Provides opportunities to develop relationships of trust and determine common ground. Offers logistical support to assist with implementation of agreed upon actions by participants.

Provides help to community residents and organizations engaged in community building activities. Grants range from $100 - $250. Grants are intended to encourage health, safety, neighborliness, civic participation, volunteerism, community pride and activism in the North End of Mansfield (census tracts 6, 7 and 16). Three or more residents can apply for funds; Two or more organizations can apply for funds on a matching basis. Terms may change.

Assists community organizations and individuals in need. Funds are split between a number of charitable causes and individual amounts may not be large. The organization assists with medical expenses, holiday items, emergency food, disaster response funds, and gift cards. NOTE: Issuing funds may take time as members may wish to discuss disbursement at meeting.
