Offers 1-day to 3-day program utilizing adventure challenge activities, a challenging ropes course, expressive arts and related discussions for youth and adult groups to learn and enhance life skills such as teamwork, trust, conflict resolution, communication, problem solving and creativity.

Trains, resources, and serves adults who work with adolescents in Catholic parishes. Includes consultation, assessment of parish resources and priorities, and presentation of conferences on relevant subjects. All work is done in light of the Catholic church's mission.

Coordinates paramedic training, staff development standards and accreditation, and problem solving techniques to upgrade the quality of emergency pre-hospital care. The agency does not provide direct services to clients.

Offers complementary services for nonprofits that are designed to help strengthen governance and management. Provides management assistance in areas such as strategic planning, human resources development, management information systems, finance, marketing, fund raising, executive development, volunteer management and insurance assessment. Also presents a variety of seminars on topics relating to governance and nonprofit management. Offers board member referrals through the Board Matching Program(see "Board Training and Referral" service group).

Provides experienced executives who guide clients who are planning strategies, developing business plans, marketing and identifying appropriate financial resources for business and non-profit organizations. Organization does not lend money or provide legal service. Member professionals also present public seminars on business.

Providing a variety of training; Academic Counseling, Coaching Skills Development, Education Advocacy Groups, Executive Coaching Services, Homeschooling, Legal Education/Information, Literacy Programs, Mentoring Skills Development, Personnel Recruitment/Hiring/Retention, Training of Trainers Dissemination Programs and consultation programs to schools and educational centers in Butler county.
