The Clothes That Work education program includes a series of classes and workshops designed to equip both job seekers and newly employed with the knowledge and skills that lead to personal growth and employment success. Our research-based curriculum was skillfully created by a team of area professionals who specialize in workforce development and education.

The mission of AALI (African American Leadership Initiative) is to identify and cultivate African American leaders in Mansfield and Richland County. AALI functions to create a network of diverse leaders with relevant opportunities to connect and contribute. AALI Social is a monthly gathering for the purpose of networking and establishing connections.

This young professionals group are for ages 21-45 who work in Knox County, Ohio. They meet when scheduled for networking and discussions.

Offers young professionals opportunities to network with other professionals while volunteering. Volunteer projects may include sorting, inspecting, and repacking various food items in the warehouse as well as calling and writing to thank donors.

Offers support, expertise, local knowledge and business sites for small local business start-ups. Allows use of existing equipped North Hill locations to develop working business models. Provides locations for meetings, artistic production, and food service activities.

Offers a networking group for area business professionals featuring short seminars on topics relevant to a successful job search, job leads and support, and networking contacts.

Provides professional development, leadership training, and research for women.

Provides informational and networking programs to small business and entrepreneurs. Offers a monthly business breakfast meeting featuring speakers from community, business, current affairs and government.
