Operates as a Regional Trauma Organization (RTO). Manages a regional trauma registry and is responsible for submission of trauma data to the state of Ohio Trauma Registry on behalf of our hospital members in accordance with Ohio Revised Code 4765. Receives trauma data from hospitals in 33 of Ohio's 88 counties. Provides statistical data to area hospitals, governments, researchers and injury prevention groups on trauma trends in Central and Southeast/Southeast Central Ohio.
