Disease/condition topics include: diabetes, kidney disease, prostate cancer, high cholesterol, hypertension, and sickle cell anemia. Also offers screenings for these conditions for community events.

Provides information about kidney disease, treatment options and related health issues such as hypertension, diabetes and organ donation. Offers information through health fairs, printed materials, professional education workshops and speakers.

Provides supplemental food card that includes staple foods, fruits and vegetables; nutrition education; breastfeeding education; support and counseling; and referral services to eligible women and children. During the summer also provides a one-time $30 supplemental voucher to a limited number of participants for fruits and vegetables from selected local growers (Farmers' Market Nutrition Program), available while supplies last. Also offers speakers who discuss the program and the value of good nutrition.

Provides information sessions, speakers, and presentations to schools, service groups and community organizations. Topics may include such topics as water quality, non point source pollution, storm water management, and erosion and sediment control. Provides a newsletter to inform the public on these issues.
