Provides LGBTQ2+ competency training to organizations interested in providing services to members of the LGBTQ2+ community. Training will allow organizations to assess their current level of competency and develop strategies to improve service provisions.

Provides knowledgeable speakers for a wide variety of horticultural, environmental, and ecological topics including (but not limited to): gardening, wildlife, conservation, and how to instill an appreciation for the natural world in younger children.

Provides information and education concerning sickle cell anemia and other related diseases. Offers speakers and printed materials on sickle cell disease and its treatment. Participates in area health fairs.

Provides consumer advice, consumer education, speakers, assistance with disputes with stores or other businesses.

Provides forums, speakers, materials, and reports organization's research results on issues related to fair housing (discrimination, predatory lending, information on fair housing laws, and disabilities in housing). Workshops may count towards continuing legal education.

Provides information sessions, speakers, and presentations to schools, service groups and community organizations. Topics may include such topics as water quality, non point source pollution, storm water management, and erosion and sediment control. Provides printed materials to inform the public on these issues.

Provides presentations and demonstrations to school children. Topics include watersheds, soil properties, erosion, pollution, and land use issues, and are presented in ways fun and engaging to the audience age group. Will tailor presentations to specific curricular needs. Helps plan, organize, and implement additional activities and events covering many conservation related topics. Can also arrange for student field trips to local streams, and provide equipment to test water quality in them. An in-class presentation on macroinvertebrates is also available to help prep students for this adventure.

Sponsors the Diabetes Expo 1st Sat of Nov each year, where individuals can gain diabetes and wellness education through speakers, screenings, exhibits, and one-on-one diabetes discussion.

Provides assistance with food, shelter (rent or mortgage), utility bills (gas and electric), principle car payments, and other needed services for veterans, active duty military, and dependent survivors. In some cases, may assist with indigent burial. Assistance is in the form of vouchers. Amount of assistance is based on demonstrated need. Also available to make community presentations about these services.

Provides a roster of speakers that includes members of the staff, board, and orchestra members.

Provides volunteer training and opportunities for adults. Opportunities include serving as receptionist, teaching, coordinating classes, planning special events, setting up tables and chairs, serving on committees, working in garden centers, transporting isolated senior to personal appointments, baking for special sales, and working in the library .

Provide presentations to educate the community about mental illness and help to eliminate the stigma surrounding it. Individuals with mental illness share their experiences of living with and recovering from mental illness to college and university students, nurses, doctors, social workers, and any other professional group in the community interested in this type of educational insight.

Provides programs and activities enrich the educational experience of young people. Opportunities are available during the school year for students interested in science, engineering, technology, mathematics, and professional administration. Also offers speakers who can provide presentations on space and aeronautic technology.

Provides information on fetal development and organization's philosophy that advocates stopping abortion, infanticide and euthanasia. Speakers and information and referral to crisis pregnancy, legal, medical, and other services are also available.
