The QRT team will connect with individuals who have experienced an overdose, illicit drug event, or are struggling with addiction, and their family to provide information, assist with treatment options, and referral. Education on the use of Narcan, a prescribed opiate overdose reversal medication, will be given and a free Narcan kit will be provided.

Offers homebound residents assistance with finding and accessing needed social services. Provides a lock box (aka Knox Box) that holds a house key and can be placed near the entrance of the home. The Fire Dept. maintains a key to the Knox Box in order to gain entrance to the home in cases of emergency.

Provides a variety of services to deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals and their families which enhances integration in to their local communities. Provides a resource where eligible individuals can request non-perishable food, water, hygiene products, and other items such as: first aid kits, and clothing (including some winter items: gloves, hats, etc.) to homeless youth. Volunteer counselors work with youth to help solve life problems.

This is not an emergency service. Does not handle reports of violent or criminal activity.
