Offers one-on-one assistance to help individuals determine which private, public, state and local benefits they may be eligible to receive. Includes benefits such as Medicaid, Medicare Part D, SSI, SSD, SNAP (food stamps), HEAP (LIHEAP), Golden Buckeye Card, Exemption Prescription Assistance programs, housing and others. Will assist clients with filling out and submitting applications and forms and provides follow-up with client. Visits seniors and adults with disabilities in the home, where they provide client with combined utility assistance application, assist client, to fill it out, mail it, and follow up as needed regarding LIHEAP. Makes presentations to senior groups regarding benefit programs and provides assistance completing applications.

Offers professional education and educational programs to nursing homes, schools, daycares, employers, first responders (police, EMTs) and others who are interested. Seizure recognition and seizure first aid are taught, taylored to the needs of the group.
