Provides an information and referral service, referring individuals to non-profit, government and faith-based health and human services; also works to maximize the effectiveness of human care services by documenting unmet needs, advocating on behalf of residents to receive needed services and by serving as a resource for information to human service professionals.

Provides information on events in the community and promotes Montgomery County as a site for conventions, meetings, trade shows, motor coach tours, and the leisure traveler. Events in the community may include theater, dance, arts and crafts, sports, cultural, and nature events.

Offers family programs throughout the year including Mud Hens and Walleye games, ice skating, and other programs to connect families with children of all ages living with diabetes.
