Provides an 18 foot van designed to raise awareness of the Healthy Start Program, the program's expanded income eligibility standards, and to identify and enroll eligible children for no-cost medical care. In order to draw people to the vehicle at the event site, and to entertain children while their parents are learning about the program, Healthy Start giveaways are offered to amuse the children. These include literature, coloring books and crayons, magnets, grab bags, lanyards, sports bottles. Also offers cards with Healthy Start emergency numbers. Serves as a resource for people who are in need of services, but who do not know how to access them.

Produces a Community Resource Guide listing medical, dental, and social service resources available to those living with HIV/AIDS in Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, and Medina Counties.
