Provides a teacher's resource library specializing in the subject of soil and water conservation. Materials include a variety of media such as books, pamphlets, videos, slide shows, curriculum guides, teaching tools (such as the Enviroscope), and visual aides.

Develops and/or disseminates information such as instructional resources, federal and state legal updates, statewide documents, a regional newsletter, and other items relative to the education of children with disabilities. Provides this information to parents, educators and agency personnel who work with children with disabilities.
