Special collections include artifacts, the history of Cleveland, government documents, science and technology history, fine arts, manuscripts and dissertations. Also is the location of the Kulas Music Collection - collection includes print music, periodicals, books about music, music theory, composers, music history and related topics.

Provides a history museum and research library dedicated to women in aviation and space and the documentation of their continuing contributions to this field.
Program encourages children up to sixth grade to keep reading during the summer. Children get a folder from any branch library to keep track of the hours they spend reading or being read to. A stamp or sticker is given for each hour. At fifteen hours children will receive a coupon package good for various activities.
