Individuals can make an unrestricted donation to the International Response Fund by calling the Red Cross. The public can also help by texting "REDCROSS" to 90999 to send a $10 donation through an effort backed by the US State Department. Funds will go to support American Red Cross relief efforts where currently needed.

Provides collaboration leadership in the discernment of long-term needs for recovery and rehabilitation that can be most effectively met or assisted by the community. Provides advocacy for people most vulnerable to having their needs overlooked in public recovery planning processes.
