People utilizing the cooling center should expect a room with access to restrooms, chairs and possibly tables.There are no beds or dedicated sleeping areas. There will be no food preparation areas. These facilities are only intended to be utilized as cooling centers.

A hotline dedicated to providing assistance for persons emotionally affected by natural or man-made disasters. Callers receive emotional support and crisis counseling for mental/behavioral health concerns that may have arisen in the aftermath of disaster, such as the Coronavirus pandemic, as well as information and referrals pertaining to specific resources that pop up in the days, weeks, and months following such events.
The Soup Kitchen provides a cooling center and water during the week of August 25th-August 31st. Meals are also offered daily.
Helpline is staffed by trained counselors from a network of crisis call centers located across the United States, all of whom provide crisis counseling for those who are in emotional distress related to any natural or human-caused disaster, information on how to recognize distress and its effects on individuals and families, tips for healthy coping and referrals to local crisis call centers or 2-1-1 call centers for additional follow-up care & support.

Provides replacement funds to SNAP (food stamp) recipients who have lost food due to a power outage of four (4) hours or more, fire or governor declared emergency. Replacement funds may replace up to (but not exceed) the client's monthly allotment of food assistance. Funds are sent by electronic transfer to the recipient's Ohio Direction Card.
