Provides maintenance services of streets and public areas for the City of Garfield Heights.

Designs, constructs, and maintains county road system, including county bridges, guardrails, signs and signals. Removes snow and ice from county roads in the winter time. Will work with township trustees in maintaining township roads as well.

Maintains all streets and public properties for the City of Strongsville. Services include street maintenance, traffic signal maintenance, street sign maintenance, and graffiti removal on public property. Provides snow removal on driveways for seniors. Handles concerns regarding roadway repair, snow removal, and traffic control devices.

Inventory, repair, replace, and install signs. Paint centerlines and skip lines on streets in city limits, also paint turn arrows, crosswalks, and school zones. Maintain traffic signals, annual signal inspection and relamping, downtown street light maintenance. City does not maintain residential street lights, that is Ohio Edison. Picks up dead animals in the city limits that are in the street, not on private property. Clean up debris in the street. Maintain State Routes in the city limits. Mow State Route fields and islands, in the city limits, city right-of-ways, road sides, and guard rails. Water and Sewer maintenance is in the same building.

Provides maintenance of village streets and property.

Provides street maintenance and street sign/traffic signals maintenance for the Village of Linndale.

Maintains streets, street signs, and traffic signals for the Village of Highland Hills.

The Service Dept. is responsible for the maintenance of streets, street signs, and traffic signals in the City of Brooklyn; also handles graffiti removal and weed abatement/brush control on public property only.

Provides street maintenance, street lighting and street sign maintenance, graffiti removal (public spaces only), traffic signal maintenance, and weed and brush control for Oakwood Village.

Services include resurfacing, street and sidewalk repair and street sweeping, leaf pickup, graffiti removal, and snow removal from public streets. Designs, installs, and maintains all traffic signals, street markers, storm sewers, and stop signs.
