Maintains permanent parcel books detailing properties in Brooklyn. Responsible for establishing and enforcing zoning regulations for the community.

Issues zoning permits, sign permits, conditional zoning certificates, and variance permits. Investigates alleged violations of zoning ordinance. Determines if all construction is in compliance. Maintains zoning map and records for the City of Ontario.

The Urbana Zoning and Compliance Department ensures land use conforms to local regulations, town zoning regulations are beneficial, development and redevelopment of community. Also provides nuisance and code enforcement.

Enforces zoning regulations for the City of Lakewood.

Responsible for the enforcement of the various building codes and ordinances relating to the construction, alteration, repair of, addition to, and demolition of buildings, houses, garages, sheds fences, and other structures in the city.

The City Engineer is responsible for all major capital improvements at the City including roads, bridges, sanitary sewers, water lines, storm drains and culverts, traffic control projects, and improvement to the water treatment and wastewater treatment plants. The City Engineer is responsible for maintaining and update the map of the City including annexations and current zoning information. Information on flood plains, location of the main water lines, sanitary sewers (including a limited number of tap records), storm water conveyances, vacated alleys, and public right-of-ways are also available at the office of the City Engineer.

Provides planning and zoning services for the City of Warrensville Heights in conjunction with the city's Planning and Zoning Commission.

The Department manages the Capital Improvements Programs for Streets, Storm and Sewer, and oversees infrastructure for development. The Department also manages traffic and transportation engineering including signals, signage, and traffic and speed studies. The Engineering Department also houses the City Zoning Department.

Enforces zoning regulations for the Village of Moreland Hills.

Office is responsible for housing the vast majority of maps and infrastructure construction plans within the City. We maintain current city maps of all types, including zoning maps, flood zone maps, and ward & precinct maps. We also are involved with all aspects of the City's infrastructure, from plan reviews by residential and commercial developers, plan design for our own projects, construction inspection, and project adminstration and record keeping. We work with nearly every City division to provide technical assistance on their projects or mapping needs.

Provides nuisance inspections of neglected and/or abandoned property in the City of Toledo. If inspectors find the property to be in violation of the city code the property owner could be referred to Housing Court.

The Building Department currently handles all City of London building permit applications, inspections & finals for both residenctial and non-residential buildings

Enforces zoning rules and regulations in Bloominggrove Township.

Provides planning and zoning services for the Village of Mayfield.

This department handles complaints on weeds, junk trash, junk vehicles, deteriorated and dilapidated structures, demolition program, illegal zoning uses. If the complaint involves a landlord, it must be made in writing.

Establishes and enforces zoning regulations and planning for the City of Strongsville. Maintains subdivision plots and individual plot plans of single family homes, computer generated zoning and infrastructure maps, records of sewers, culverts, and waterlines.
