The Clerks office is responsible for maintaining the public record on all court cases in the Muskingum County Municipal Court as well as collecting and distributing fines, court costs and fees associated with these cases. The Clerk's Office staff provides assistance to the public, law enforcement agencies, and attorneys who utilize the services of the court.
