The Morrow County Drug Prevention Coalition meets monthly to review local data and plan effective prevention strategies to be carried out in Morrow County.

E3 Advocacy Program is a board training program for women want to cultivate their leadership potential and provide advocacy for social issues they are passionate about. Prepares women to serve on a local nonprofit board or board committee with support for placement with an organization after graduation.

Service Coordination can work with families to help identify goals and work with local agencies to find appropriate services for families. Gets all service providers together to work on goals the family creates.

Plans, funds, monitors and evaluates alcohol, drug addiction, and mental health programs in Carroll and Tuscarawas Counties. Contracts with a network of organizations who offer a variety of services and supports that help individuals in recovery. Includes crisis agencies, alcohol and drug addiction agencies and mental health agencies.

Provides review of subdivisions and zoning amendments for townships in Geauga County. Gives zoning advice to townships, provides census data, and prepares community land use plans. Commission consists of three Geauga County Commissioners and eight other community members.

Manage and deliver coordinated transportation services to residents of Columbiana County. Provides transportation planning, rider training, trip brokerage and coordination, safe-driver training, and the coordination of all transportation options within the county. Specific attention to promoting accessibility, education and awareness to older adults, persons with disabilities, persons with low income, veterans and other underserved populations.

Network of Central Ohio Genders and Sexualities Alliances (GSAs). Supports the development and maintenance of GSAs in middle and high schools through education, training and leadership workshops. Sponsors special events that serve as networking and relationship building opportunities for members of Ohio GSAs.

Works to fulfill the mission and purpose of County Family and Children First Councils as defined in Ohio Revised Code, which includes: - Streamlining and coordinating systems and services for families seeking assistance for their children. - Developing, implementing, and updating a community-wide plan to achieve a system of care that delivers top quality, family oriented, and user friendly services. - Evaluating and prioritizing services for children and filling identified service gaps. - Monitoring council's progress in achieving results for families and children. - Ensuring input from families receiving services. - Participating in the development of a countywide, comprehensive, coordinated, multi-disciplinary, inter-agency system for infants and toddlers with developmental disabilities.

Works to reduce the opiate abuse in Summit County through education, collaboration, and available resources. Offers workshops to help professionals and community members understand the scope of opiate abuse, learn how to recognize and respond, and identify community resources and support for those affected and their family members. Provides description of services available for adults and children, and links to provider agencies.

A family that is receiving services from more than one public agency or a family with multiple needs may benefit from an individual family service coordination plan. Such a plan identifies and organizes services for a family and its children. The plan names the individuals responsible for parts of the plan. Services included in the plan may be provided by public or private agencies or by informal supports such as neighbors, other family members, churches, clubs and community organizations. Families play an active role in writing the plan and share responsibility for carrying out the plan. The plan may be referred to as a Wraparound Plan.

Plans, develops, and evaluates mental health and alcohol and drug services in Montgomery County. .

Provides local governments with technical review of subdivisions and zoning amendments. Generates population data and housing reports, manages community development block grant funding, and prepares land use, housing, and transportation plans. Acts as a repository for aerial photographs, soil data, traffic data, and land use information.

Provides information and resources to those dealing with food insecurity in the Fairfield County community. Coordinates, funds, and provides education to low-income families and individuals in our community about their ability to eat healthy on the limited funds they receive through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and provides education and training opportunities to everyone in the community in regards to hunger and hunger related health issues.

Plans, coordinates, funds (to the extent resources are available) and evaluates public mental health, alcohol and drug use services for Medina County residents. Ensures care for the needs of severely mentally disabled adults and emotionally disturbed children. Allocates funds received from federal, state and local sources to appropriate agencies. Monitors, evaluates, identifies and fills gaps in these services.

Focuses on issues such as mental health and substance abuse, abuse and neglect, juvenile justice, developmental disabilities, youth employment, health and wellness, and school readiness.

Plans and coordinates services and for individuals struggling with hoarding issues in Summit County. Works to address funding and training needs.

Provides and manages recycling drop-off sites and assists residents in finding alternative recycling resources. Operates recycling programs in area schools. Offers recycling and community clean-up events and hosts special events for electronic, pharmaceutical, and hazardous household waste collection, as well as used tire collection and document shredding. Investigates reports of illegal dumping, littering, and burning. Develops environmentally safe solid waste management plans to achieve Ohio's goals for waste reduction, recycling, and solid waste management in the region. Helps communities and businesses implement cost-effective and environmentally safe solid waste management practices. DOES NOT RECYCLE TELEVISIONS BUT GIVES REFERRALS TO AREA FOR-PROFITS THAT WILL RECYCLE THEM FOR A FEE.

Offers a service to families with children/youth who have a lot of items on their plate, feel like they need help managing their child's care, or don't know how to get access to something for their child. We will help the family learn to advocate for themselves, run meetings with the services engaged in their child's care, and make recommendations where needed. We facilitate meetings as a team with the family and youth at the top of the list.
