Springfield Mediation Services - Provides mediation and conciliation service for neighbor and landlord-tenant and fair housing conflicts for the City of Springfield. Promotes the use of collaboration and mediation to resolve conflicts. Provides ongoing training and support for mediator. Also, celebrates diverse heritage with a yearly CultureFest event, September 27, 2014 and a Global Education Series.
