Serves the Bellville community. Main focus is eye care, treatment, and eye glasses. Supports the Ohio Eye Bank and the Ohio Lions Eye Research Lab in Columbus. Involved with the community and the school district. Sponsors students for different activities. Meets at the St Paul Lutheran Church, 48 Church Street, Bellville.

This program assists children with permanent physical and / or developmental disabilities and as funds permit, adults with developmental abilities. Limited funds are available for adults with physical disabilities. The program offers financial assistance with medical costs and equipment not covered by insurance. Examples include orthopedic shoes, braces, wheelchairs, wheelchair ramps, devices to improve mobility and communication, accessibility, scholastic performance, vision or hearing impaired needs, limited medical services and supplies. Also provides financial assistance to summer camps/enrichment for children, teens and young adults with disabilities.

Coordinates a network of young persons between the ages of 18 and 40 worldwide. Provides services for members in the areas of business development, management skills, individual training, community service, and international connections. Operates from a religious and capitalist orientation.
