The Administrative Center houses the Clubs finance, human resources, fundraising and operations functions.

The shuttle bus runs to and from the downtown terminal to the colleges. Riders that board the street routes will be able to get a transfer to ride the shuttle to college. After paying fare at the college, you can ask for transfer to use the street routes.

Serves as the city's legislative body in order to provide and enhance city services, assure orderly growth, and promote the general welfare of the community.

The Planning Development Evaluation unit serves as a liaison between the Area Agencies on Aging and Ohio Department of Aging in the areas of home-delivered meals, Alzheimers' disease programs, energy assistance, housing options, nutrition education and congregate meals, service senior volunteer programs, and transportation services.

Provides the taxing, budgeting, appropriating, and purchasing authority as the general administrative body of the Richland County government. Consisting of a four-year term of office. The elected county commissioners are: Darrell Banks, Tony Vero, and Cliff Mears.
