Let them know that the 2-1-1 call center simply implements the rules & regulations set in place by the Muskingum County Hunger Network and Job & Family Services. 2. If they continue to complain or insist on talking to someone from the Hunger Network, take their name and phone number and tell them that you will contact the Hunger Network President and inform him about the complaint/grievance. They will have to call between 8am-4:30pm for this.
