Rehabilitates existing and builds new housing in ward 2 in the City of Cleveland and makes it available for lease/purchase to low-income families. Length of time required to lease before buying varies based on how long this agency has owned the home. It may be up to 15 years.

Provides a variety of activities to recruit and retain businesses in the area, including environmental assessment, acquisition, demolition, clean-up and soil remediation of vacant land in the area in order to stimulate new product and new economy initiatives (high tech centers, mixed use transit-oriented development, and urban residential projects.)
