Clients may be permitted to shower, launder clothing, and receive a snack while they are monitored for withdrawal symptoms and other medical problems. Assessment and referral services are available to willing participants.

Pastoral counseling and licensed substance abuse counseling are available, as well as daily 12-step groups, and social/recreational activities (board games, puzzles, billiards/pool) in a therapeutic environment.
