Provides follow-up to local overdose survivors to direct them towards resources for treatment. Quick Response Team (QRT) includes a treatment counselor, a police officer, and a medic. Offered through a collaboration with local participating municipalities including Akron, Barberton, Cuyahoga Falls, Green, Hudson, Munroe Falls, Norton, Stow, Tallmadge, and Coventry Township.

Offers a convenient alternative to emergency rooms visits for broken bones, cold/flu-like symptoms, burns and cuts, gastro-intestinal illness, fever, and other medical conditions that are not life-threatening. Also offers walk-in behavioral health services designed to increase accessibility for individuals wanting to meet one-on-one with a counselor, including those seeking crisis services, substance use treatment, and/or counseling.

Offers immediate help for adults in a mental health or substance use crisis. Helps individuals recover and find hope during times of severe anxiety, withdrawal, suicidal thoughts, or overwhelming stress. Offers rapid triage and assessment, on-site withdrawal management detox unit, and peer support.

Offers an entry point for ongoing behavioral health services and provides an avenue for crisis management by triaging consumer needs by qualified behavioral health professionals. Using a multidisciplinary staffing approach including behavioral health clinicians, nurses and care coordination, the program aims to address consumer needs in an integrated and coordinated fashion.

Handles mental health and addiction related calls, working in cooperation with law enforcement, fire and EMS to de-escalate individuals in crisis. Post-crisis situation, a case management plan is developed to assist individual with long term stabilization care. Team includes a Resource Coordinator, Crisis Case Manager, and Safety Officer.

Individual Counseling, Case Management, Crises Intervention and Pyschiatry

Assist youth ages ten and under who have been referred to court for allegedly being unruly or having committed serious felony offenses. This program provides services ranging from counseling, anger management, specialized diagnostic assessments, neglect issues, sex offenses and use of illicit substances. In addition the program offers the necessary services to the youth and their family to address and identify these concerns. Youth without charges can also be served by the 10 & Under program. Youth as young as six can be handled through the 10 & Under program. 10 & Under referrals can be made at anytime the center is open 24/7. For scheduled screenings with the Care Coordination Team can be made for Tuesdays and Wednesday 9:30 am to 3:30 pm.
