Narcan is an antidote to opioid/opiate overdoses including Heroin and prescription painkillers (Percocet, OxyContin, Oxycodone, Vicodin, Morphine, Fentanyl and so forth). Also offers Fentanyl test strips that show whether fentanyl, carfentanil, or other related dangerous chemicals are mixed in with street drugs.

Also distributes test strips which can be used to detect the presence of fentanyl, xylazine, and many of their known analogs in a drug sample to reduce the number of opioid-related overdoses, severe injuries, fatalities, and other complications from contaminated drugs.

Provides a list of retail pharmacies that offer Naloxone medication without a prescription. Naloxone (Narcan) is a safe medication that can reverse an overdose that is caused by prescription opioids, heroin and fentanyl. When administered during an overdose, naloxone blocks the effects of opioids on the brain and can restore breathing in a matter of minutes.

Tobacco cessation program to help pregnant women quit smoking and stay tobacco free after baby is born. Women who enroll in the program, quit smoking and remain tobacco free after the baby is born receive free diapers for 12 months (voucher to Walmart each month).

Provides boxes with items such as Narcan that can reverse an opiate overdose. Kit is prominently marked and installed wherever the requestor thinks is best to be found by someone in need. Kits include instructions for use. Agency can also provide training for those who might need to use the kit.
