All patients will be assessed and then a treatment plan will be created based on the patient's needs. Outpatient Detoxification is only offered at the W.O. Walker Building and is provided over three days (they go home each evening - patient must be accompanied by a driver). Intensive Outpatient Treatment is less intensive and is provided three days a week for six weeks (offered at W.O. Walker Building and at Westlake Location). Program focus is that addiction is a brain disease affecting physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning. Provides a high staff to patient ratio.

Lighthouse Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is geared toward those with less sobriety time and significant issues with substance use disorder and mental health. The PHP clients meet with nursing staff as well as with a psychiatric provider to help stabilize medical and mental health conditions. PHP requires 20+ hours of weekly group counseling sessions. In this group, clients will gain education and basic tools to help them with the beginning stages of recovery.

Clients will also have the option to engage in Medication Assisted Treatment using Vivitrol or buprenorphine. Alcohol MAT uses Naltrexone. Treatment involves group and individual counseling in addition to family education and 12-step group support.
