Provides family practice medical care, women's health care, pediatrics, beavioral health/counseling, dietetics and nutrition and chronic care management.

Provides outpatient telehealth services for people with substance use disorders.

Provides medication-assisted counseling that helps individuals recover from addictions. Medications used include Suboxone, Zubsolv and Vivitrol. All participants are required to use the following services: drug testing, individual and group counseling and case management, as appropriate. Participants must agree to a behavioral contract regarding the rules of the treatment program in order to prevent diversion and increase the potential for successful recovery.

Outpatient counseling provides family, individual and group counseling and therapy. Program assists children and their families with problems like attention-deficit, anger management, oppositional behaviors, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss and conflict resolution. Case management services can be added when needed.

Provides comprehensive drug and alcohol addiction recovery services that affirm and focus on LGBTQ+ experiences including assessments, counseling, and medication assisted treatment.
