Provides a nine-room residential treatment facility for 16 men suffering from addiction to alcohol or other drugs. Length of stay is determined by medical necessity, with average stay of 4 months. Services will include medications, groups, individual therapy, case management and peer support services. The focus will include supporting the transition from addiction to sobriety and sustaining recovery long term upon discharge. Aftercare referrals provided which may include referral to Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

This program provides an array of services to women and their children. The focus of the Women's Program is to help women achieve abstinence by removing all barriers that hinder this process.

The Refuge Residential Addiction Recovery program is certified by the Ohio Department of Mental Health & Addiction Services. Our programming begins with a 30-Day Discovery Phase based on a 139-acre property in Lancaster, Ohio, and focuses on their personal growth and development. Men will participate in individual and group counseling with licensed counselors. After 30 days, men begin our Workforce Development program to start establishing a healthy daily routine and building a work history to prepare them for life after The Refuge. They will continue going through individual and group counseling.

Provides a Christian-based residential program for men, age 18 and older, who want help in overcoming life-controlling problems, such as drug and alcohol abuse. Provides a structured residential program.

Christ-centered residential (9 month program) home for women and children stepping out of addiction, depression, domestic violence and other life struggles. We offer a family environment for the mid to long term, with the goal of reunification with children, preparation for marriage and mothering, financial goal-setting and fitness, as well as relational, emotional, and spiritual health.

Provides 3 to 5 day inpatient medically assisted detoxification process supported by physicians and a counselor.

Provides a 16 bed Men's residential treatment program for men who have been identified as having moderate to severe substance use disorder(s) and are unable to safely engage in early recovery outside of a structured 24 hour supervised setting. Men will participate in up to 30 hours a week of clinical programing, receive vocational and employment services case management services to being the identification of resources and benefits needed to increase the likelihood of successful transition back into the community that will support on-going recovery. There are also residential housing options for SUD after completion of residential recovery program.

Provides two (2) residential substance abuse treatment programs (Root House - a 10 bed center for men and Portage Area Treatment Center - a 23 bed center for women). Residents participate in counseling and 12-step meetings and are provided with case management to link them to appropriate community services such as income and employment supports. Note: No medical services are provided through this program. Outpatient after care services are provided as needed.

Rigel Recovery Residential Center offers High Intensity Residential Treatment and Low Intensity Residential Treatment for men and women in an environment that promotes motivation and the awareness of the disease of addiction, along with time and structure to learn recovery and coping skills. The facility is staffed 24 hours a day by a treatment team of licensed clinicians, chemical dependency counselor assistants and treatment assistants. Services are certified through the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services. Medication assisted treatment is available. Trauma counseling is also available, as are specialized treatment groups to focus on specific needs or demographics. Residents receive an array of clinical services including individual, group, and family therapy and, if appropriate, psychiatric care and mental health counseling.
