The residential treatment program at Hope Valley Recovery is built around a phase system that promotes growth and opportunity for the client. The basis of our phased treatment program is outlined below: Phase 1—Revive Phase 2—Renew Phase 3—Rebuild Phase 4—Reintegrate Phase 5—Recover. Admission to Hope Valley Recovery is voluntary. Clients must be 18 years or older and meet the criteria for admission. A potential client can be assessed over-the-phone via a self-referral, a referral by a friend or family member, or by a professional (i.e., physician, counselor, psychologist, probation officer, judge, employer, etc.).

Provides a residential treatment facility for women suffering from addiction to alcohol or other drugs. Length of stay is determined by medical necessity, with average stay of 4 months. Aftercare referrals provided which may include referral to Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Maximum length of in-patient stay is four (4) four months. Two months of aftercare are provided.

Provides a short-term residential treatment and stabilization for individuals in need of care related to a substance use crisis. Stays can be up to 30 days and provides structured treatment with behavioral health professionals.

Provides inpatient substance use disorder treatment including detoxification.

Provides long-term treatment in a 24-hour, supervised drug and alcohol-free environment for men who have problems related to substance abuse. The program's duration is three (3) months to one (1) year and offers a Christ-centered, structured, and goal-oriented environment. Activities include regular work assignments, life-application Bible studies, living skills, personal care classes, and wholesome recreation. All participants are required to attend Haven of Rest’s Innovative Learning Center and complete a series of courses designed to make them more employable.

Evolution is a residential substance use disorder treatment program for men offering residential and withdrawal management. Evolution's purpose is to provide the highest quality treatment for chemically dependent men in order to enhance their recovery and their progression toward a transformed life.

The Refuge Residential Addiction Recovery program is certified by the Ohio Department of Mental Health & Addiction Services. Our programming begins with a 30-Day Discovery Phase based on a 139-acre property in Lancaster, Ohio, and focuses on their personal growth and development. Men will participate in individual and group counseling with licensed counselors. After 30 days, men begin our Workforce Development program to start establishing a healthy daily routine and building a work history to prepare them for life after The Refuge. They will continue going through individual and group counseling.

Provides two (2) residential substance abuse treatment programs (Root House - a 10 bed center for men and Portage Area Treatment Center - a 23 bed center for women). Residents participate in counseling and 12-step meetings and are provided with case management to link them to appropriate community services such as income and employment supports. Note: No medical services are provided through this program. Outpatient after care services are provided as needed.

Offers a transitional residential substance abuse program that is 12-step friendly. Also offers programs for those with mental health needs. Serves both men and women. Case Management Services, offers food, assistance with transportation, medical compliance, Releases from Hospital; offers Conflict Resolution, Roommate Matches, and also refers to other housing options.

Residential services offer 24-hour care to help individuals achieve and maintain recovery for substance use disorders. Gender specific facilities offer trauma-informed care. Outpatient services are offered to treat substance use disorder (SUD) and co-occurring mental health issues. Provides individual counseling, group counseling, an intensive outpatient program (IOP), case management, dual diagnosis, medical, and vocational services to help individuals meet their recovery goals. At all levels, clinicians assist people in developing a customized treatment plan to determine which services are clinically appropriate.

Offers a comprehensive holistic addiction treatment program for adult women. Our system of care includes residential substance use disorder treatment centers and outpatient program. Each treatment program provides coordinated clinical and wellness services. Care plans are personalized to meet individual treatment needs. The goal of treatment is to help adults achieve a sound basis in recovery, establish a continuum of healthcare, and a knowledge of how to manage the chronic conditions of addiction and mental health disorders.
