Provides substance use prevention education to individuals who are pregnant and at risk for using alcohol, tobacco, or other drugs. Case management services are also provided to individuals meeting diagnostic criteria for substance use disorder.

Provides a residential treatment program offering services to pregnant/post-partum women with addiction. Allows two children up to the age of 5 to remain with their mother.

The Stable Cradle Program provides prenatal and postpartum support services in an effort to increase the number of healthy babies born in our community and reduce infant mortality rates. Stable Cradle provides collaborative addiction recovery services for the Ohio State University Medical Center's A.P.S.A. (Aid to Pregnant Substance Abusers) Clinic and other community prenatal care facilities. Stable Cradle MOMS (Mentoring our Mothers Successfully) trains lay health advocates to provide support for pregnant women and parents of infants in their community.

Services include assistance establishing and continuing OB care, finding treatment, resources and support groups, and arranging inpatient treatment to start medication-assisted treatment (MAT).

A program to improve the health of pregnant women who have been diagnosed with an opiate or amphetamine use disorder and their newborn children. Care coordination and wrap-around services include: medication-assisted treatment options, dual-diagnosis counseling services, psychiatric services, childcare services, transportation to and from medical appointments, recovery support services, housing assistance, OB/GYN and pediatric referrals, and supported employment services. Eligible applicants can enroll at the onset of pregnancy and stay in the program for up to one year after the delivery of their infants.
