Utilizes controlled dosages of methadone, buprenorphine, and vivitrol in order to support the efforts of individuals with opioid use disorder to abstain from use of heroin and opioids.

Medication Assisted Treatment is provided to treat opioid use disorder. Treatment is geared towards the whole person and meets the patient where they are in their journey to recovery, offering support in achieving individualized goals and treatment.

Provides monthly injections of Vivitrol (a.k.a. Naltrexone) in conjunction with ongoing substance use disorder counseling. If a client is not currently receiving substance use disorder counseling, they will be referred to an applicable program. The program lasts 12-18 months.

Provides a program that substitutes Methadone for opiates (heroin, oxycontin, etc). Goal is to then gradually reduce the client's dosage of Methadone (which suppresses opiate withdrawal symptoms) so as to end the cycle of addiction. Program includes individual and group counseling as well as recovery groups.
