A non-formal educational, youth development program offered to individuals age 5 and in Kindergarten to 19. Youth ages 5 and who are in Kindergarten to age 8 can participate in the Cloverbud Program. The traditional program encompasses youth ages 8 and in 3rd grade to age 19. Youth are involved in hands-on, experiential learning that allows learning by doing . All 4-H programs focus on active involvement and quality experiences which stimulate lifelong learning of values and skills.

Coleman Health Services has partnered with Saint Rita’s Medical Center in Lima, Ohio to help pregnant and postpartum women (up to one year) whom have a history of using opiates and stimulants (methamphetamines and cocaine). Provides connection to medication-assisted treatment, Subutex. Also connects women to counseling and other support services that help pregnant women and mothers.

The Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) utilizes the integration of CompDrug’s medical and clinical staff to treat opiate dependent individuals on an outpatient basis. Outpatient services are scheduled during operational hours on an individualized basis depending on patient need. A working agreement with the Office of Veteran Affairs allows for Opioid Treatment and on-site access to a VA therapist for veterans.

Offers a medically-supervised, holistic methadone maintenance program, which includes individual counseling, education, case management, laboratory urinalysis, crisis intervention and assessments. Those who only want opiate detoxification services will be referred to a hospital.

Provides supervised, structured programs that offer a wide range of outpatient services which may be coordinated by a case manager for individuals who have problems related to substance use disorder, who need access to treatment to maintain their individual recovery plans but do not require the intensity of a day treatment program or 24-hour hospital care. Offers assessment, intensive outpatient (IOP), aftercare, and medication-assisted treatment in conjunction with counseling services.
