Skills-based learning is conducted to help prevent teen sexual activity, alcohol and other drug use, marijuana, and tobacco/nicotine/vaping use. Youth-led prevention programs equip high school youth to avoid risky behaviors, form healthy relationships, and help struggling peers. Parent education programs are also available.

Provides a health education resource center for asthma, smoking and tobacco programs, air quality (indoor and outdoor), other lung health education; the center's resources include literature, a speakers' bureau, school education programs on lung health topics, tobacco education, tobacco cessation, Tools For Schools (environmental and air quality program), Open Airways for Schools (asthma education for elementary schools) and a Lung Help Line staffed by health care professionals.

PAX Good Behavior Game which increases individual child self-regulation skills; Programs addressing alcohol, tobacco and substance use; Suicide prevention; and Community Kernels to strengthen positive behaviors across the general population

Provides information about smoking, vaping, and nicotine addiction, the dangers associated with smoking or utilizing other substances containing nicotine, the risks associated with exposure to second hand smoke and different approaches to smoking cessation with the objective of preventing people from starting to smoke or of helping them find a way to give up the habit if they already use tobacco products.

Provides a classroom-based curriculum with a focus on abstinence from alcohol, drugs, tobacco, and premarital sexual activity. It is particularly designed for middle school students (6th through 8th grade), and is taught in the 8 public and parochial school districts in Tuscarawas County. A presenter is also available to provide special programs for local groups, organizations, and churches.

Community Health Education - Provides literature and workshops on lung diseases, cigarette smoking, and air pollution; stop smoking programs/clinics; Asthma management programs, including an Early Childhood Asthma Program. and special programs for children, as well as smoking cessation programs at the workplace.

Provides after-school and summer programs for English Language Learners with homework tutoring; arts and crafts; outdoor activities; ESL classes; and tobacco, drug and alcohol prevention education. Summer program helps participants work on academic issues. Program is designed with culturally relevant references for participants. Program is limited to 80 participants.

REACH's certified chemical dependency counselors specialize in outpatient treatment and intervention to help free adults and adolescents from addiction to drugs and alcohol.
