Provides school-based prevention programs for students in Kindergarten through high school. Programs focus on pro-social skill development, refusal skills, and substance abuse education.

Provides a drug and alcohol education program designed to teach adults about the physical, psychological and emotional effects of drug and alcohol use, strategies for drug and alcohol abuse prevention, and warning signs of addiction. Program is not designed to provide individual assessment or treatment to addicts or habitual users.

Families are crucial in successful recovery from chemical dependency. Shepherd Hill offers three ways for families to learn about chemical dependency and how they can help their loved one. All programs are open to the public. Family Education: A six-week cycle of lectures including: Family Roles; Returning Home; Boundaries; Enabling and Provoking; Forgiveness and Trust; Recovery and Relapse Saturday "Ask the Doc" Sessions: For patients, families, and other interested people may ask questions of a physician knowledgeable in the field of chemical dependency. The goal is to help those attending increase their knowledge and understanding of the chronic, progressive nature of chemical dependency. The series is free of charge and open to the public. Family Education Day: Further educates and informs the families of patients about chemical dependency. The goal is to help families better understand the disease and how they have been affected by living with it. Families learn about Twelve-Step programs available to assist them in their recovery.

PASS offers this one-day school intervention program in the case of first-time offense to a school's drug/alcohol policy. In place of an in-school or at-home school suspension, this evidence-informed program provides education and assessment (SASSI assessment tool) to be sure they educate and help connect resources to the student.

Offers a variety of training and technical assistance services through the Prevention Training Institute (PTI). Customers include: school districts, businesses, families, and individuals and topics include substance use prevention, vaping prevention, bullying prevention, suicide prevention, gambling prevention, youth prevention and leadership development, mental health promotion and violence prevention, older adult education, coalition and community building.
