Provides an accredited addiction treatment program that offers a wide range of outpatient addiction treatment services to help eligible patients and their families, struggling with substance use and other addictive behaviors. All patients will be assessed and then a treatment plan will be created based on the patient's needs. Outpatient Detoxification is only offered at the W.O. Walker Building and is provided over three days (they go home each evening - patient must be accompanied by a driver). Intensive Outpatient Treatment is less intensive and is provided three days a week for six weeks (offered at W.O. Walker Building and at Westlake Location). Program focus is that addiction is a brain disease affecting physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning. Provides a high staff to patient ratio.

Serves all of Franklin County; (CMS) provides ASAM Level 1 Outpatient Opioid Maintenance Treatment services for clients with a diagnosis of opioid use disorder (OUD) determined by DMS and ASAM criteria. Services include: medication management, SMI.co-occurring disorders, and community-based services.

Provides Intensive Outpatient Program treatment to individuals with substance use disorders. Family education programs, continuing care groups, family program, evaluations and individual sessions. Sober living residences for males 18 years and older who need additional support.

Provides inpatient drug and alcohol detox programs using a combination of medication, counseling and case management services to help individuals begin the road to recovery.

Residential Withdrawal Management (Detox) is a medically supervised program designed to help individuals safely and comfortably stop using substances like drugs or alcohol that can cause withdrawal.

Provides a supervised, structured outpatient treatment program for those with substance dependency. Services include: recovery planning, counseling, support and education. Will provide outpatient opioid detoxification if the client is assessed to need it (non-narcotic medication may be administered to treat the symptoms of withdrawal). Clients will be required to also attend AA meetings, or other 12-step community support programs. Support and counseling are offered to family members of the individual in treatment. Can incorporate counseling for dual diagnosis.

Outpatient program provides medical assessment, counseling services and medication (methadone) to assist opioid dependent adults to achieve stability and recovery.

Provides comprehensive drug and alcohol addiction recovery services, including adult inpatient detoxification, adult residential, adult partial hospitilization, adult intensive outpatient, adolescent services and family services.

Provides the staff and resources and programs that promote lifelong relapse prevention. They have fully qualified threrpists who have undergone extensive training in addiction treatment to provide the level of care needed.

Inpatient treatment offers a full compliment of services to patients: - Diagnostic Evaluation. - Detoxification. - Inpatient Rehabilitation. - Partial Hospitalization. - Extended Residential Care. - Family Program. - Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). - Continuing Care. - Community Referrals. - Specialty areas including gender specific services, treatment for helping professionals, pain education services, dual diagnosis and relapse prevention.

Provides a 16-bed, medically managed, inpatient detoxification facility for alcohol and benzodiazepines (which include: Xanax, Klonopin, Tranxene, Linrium, Valium, and Ativan).

This is the most intensive level of care offered at Shepherd Hill. Medical and nursing staff members manage patients to stay consistent in this level of care around the clock to safely withdraw patients from drugs/alcohol. Detoxification services are provided on site. Patients receive 24 hour medical management.

Between Midwest Detox Center and Midwest Recovery Center a person in need can receive the entire continuum of care.
