Works directly with the appropriate agency to ensure the client's enrollment is fully addressed or completed as needed.

Provides a 24-hour entry point for treatment of substance use disorders. Services include the following: - Physical evaluation and level of care determination. - Care coordination to create a short-term treatment plan. - Recovery coaching. - Initiation of Medically Assisted Treatment (if appropriate). - Connects patients to local substance use disorder treatment services for ongoing treatment.

Provides medication-assisted counseling that helps individuals recover from addictions. Medications used include Suboxone, Zubsolv and Vivitrol. All participants are required to use the following services: drug testing, individual and group counseling and case management, as appropriate. Participants must agree to a behavioral contract regarding the rules of the treatment program in order to prevent diversion and increase the potential for successful recovery.

Based on your assessment and your needs, our team will recommend a treatment plan that typically includes a combination of talk therapy, holistic therapies, peer-to-peer support groups, and medication management. Sometimes people with mental health issues are also struggling with substance abuse. A treatment plan that addresses individuals needs and symptoms will be developed.

Inpatient Drug Detoxification

Process where all clients referred to CRBHS will undergo an assessment whereby biospychosocial information is collected and problems and concerns are identified. As a result of the assessment process, a treatment plan will be developed Matching the client with services that will best meet his or her needs. As the foundation of treatment, the assessment is very thorough and may take more than one session. All assessments will be completed by one of our licensed therapists. Identification and assignment of any AoD or Mental Health diagnosis if applicable, will be determined at the conclusion of this assessment.
