Outpatient Partial Hospitalization & Intensive Outpatient Therapy for adults and children as young as 12 years of age. The following illnesses are treated: Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder. Our program begins with a mental and physical health assessment. Based on your assessment and your needs, our team will recommend a treatment plan that typically includes a combination of talk therapy, holistic therapies, peer-to-peer support groups, and medication management. Sometimes people with mental health issues are also struggling with substance abuse. A treatment plan that addresses individuals needs and symptoms will be developed.

Process where all clients referred to CRBHS will undergo an assessment whereby biospychosocial information is collected and problems and concerns are identified. As a result of the assessment process, a treatment plan will be developed Matching the client with services that will best meet his or her needs. As the foundation of treatment, the assessment is very thorough and may take more than one session. All assessments will be completed by one of our licensed therapists. Identification and assignment of any AoD or Mental Health diagnosis if applicable, will be determined at the conclusion of this assessment.

Provides prevention, assessment, treatment, temporary shelter, and rehabilitation services to persons with alcohol or drug addictions, their families and friends, and the community.

Recovery Choices is a comprehensive, behavioral healthcare treatment program that offers holistic, outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment services for men and women. Our medical staff provide a full psychiatric assessment and can prescribe psychotropic medications as indicated by assessed needs.

Offers 24 hour crisis and assessment services to persons with mental health or drug and alcohol needs. Services include a telephone crisis intervention hotline, emergency walk-in care, pre-hospital screening, crisis counseling, emergency psychiatric care/medication, alcohol/drug assessments, and severely mentally disabled assessments.

Offers SUD and MH services for active duty, reserves but must be on active duty, dependents of active duty, or have base access. Only accepts Tricare select insurance.

Home based supportive services are provided within an intentional framework of Collaborative Helping. Extensive use of technology also allows us to bring all clinical behavioral health services into homes and elsewhere throughout the community.
