Process where all clients referred to CRBHS will undergo an assessment whereby biospychosocial information is collected and problems and concerns are identified. As a result of the assessment process, a treatment plan will be developed Matching the client with services that will best meet his or her needs. As the foundation of treatment, the assessment is very thorough and may take more than one session. All assessments will be completed by one of our licensed therapists. Identification and assignment of any AoD or Mental Health diagnosis if applicable, will be determined at the conclusion of this assessment.

Twelve session program for male and female parents who have been court ordered to attend parenting classes, for Job and Family Services clients who have parenting classes as part of their case plan, and for parents who want training to help them be a better parent.

For persons with mental health problems who are homeless or are in danger of becoming homeless, or need to acquire skills and access to resources to achieve independent living.

Provides assessment, intensive and non-intensive outpatient treatment, and counseling for those with substance use disorders.

Outpatient Partial Hospitalization & Intensive Outpatient Therapy for adults and children as young as 12 years of age. The following illnesses are treated: Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder. Our program begins with a mental and physical health assessment. Based on your assessment and your needs, our team will recommend a treatment plan that typically includes a combination of talk therapy, holistic therapies, peer-to-peer support groups, and medication management. Sometimes people with mental health issues are also struggling with substance abuse. A treatment plan that addresses individuals needs and symptoms will be developed.

Inpatient Drug Detoxification

Offers independent housing to individuals experiencing the disabling effects of a serious mental or psychological problem. HUD subsidized, 19 efficiency apartments.

Home based supportive services are provided within an intentional framework of Collaborative Helping. Extensive use of technology also allows us to bring all clinical behavioral health services into homes and elsewhere throughout the community.

Provides Chemical Dependency Assessment to determine appropriate course of treatment for substance abuse (alcohol and/or other drugs) and any other co-existing disorders. Assessments involve a one to two hour long interview. Will recommend and/or provide referrals to specific programs and services.

The individual's use of alcohol and/or drugs is evaluated in order to determine an appropriate treatment plan and goals that are specific to each participant as they begin the recovery process and continue in sobriety.

Provides a variety of outpatient services and assessments for mental health and for substance use disorders. Services vary by location and may include comprehensive assessments, individual and group counseling, psychiatric medication services, urine drug screening (UDS), and Intensive Outpatient.

Provides quick confidential mental health and substance use screenings to guide next steps.

Conducts assessments to determine if an individual is dependent on or abusing any chemical substance. After assessing the nature and extent of the abuse, the client will receive recommendation on a course of treatment.

Provides medication-assisted counseling that helps individuals recover from addictions. Medications used include Suboxone, Zubsolv and Vivitrol. All participants are required to use the following services: drug testing, individual and group counseling and case management, as appropriate. Participants must agree to a behavioral contract regarding the rules of the treatment program in order to prevent diversion and increase the potential for successful recovery.

Provides assessments, outpatient treatment, and individual counseling for those with substance use disorder (alcohol and narcotics). Helps clients understand the nature of the user's dependency and supports efforts toward recovery. Makes referrals to residential treatment facilities if necessary.

Provides counseling for children and young adults who have mental health issues or exhibiting a variety of problematic behavioral issues including anger, sexual or physical abuse, bullying, risk-taking behaviors, social problems, family relations, and grief, trauma and loss. Also provides Alcohol and Drug Assessment and Treatment Services, which treats youth who have co-occurring mental health disorders with substance abuse. Outpatient services include individual, family and group therapy.

Provides outpatient treatment (and intensive outpatient) including group therapy, individual therapy and case management.

To participate in the IOP, you will complete a first appointment with Muskingum Behavioral Health, where a comprehensive behavioral assessment is conducted, your counselor may recommend that you engage in Intensive Outpatient Therapy, also known as IOP, for further support. The intensive outpatient groups at Muskingum Behavioral Health are designed for individuals who could benefit from consistent and dynamic interaction with their peers and counselors.

Provides individual drug and alcohol assessments and outpatient treatment. Group treatment available including a 6 week awareness program, treatment group and aftercare group. IOP services Mon., Weds., and Thurs. 5:00-8:00pm.
